Union Police acts as Union Thug!

In a rally for Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett, President of a local police Union, Dan Wesolowski, abused his position to remove a pro-Scott Walker/anti-union protestor from an event that featured former President Bill Clinton.  It is quite disturbing that an officer of the law would use his status like this to silence the opposition.  As seen in the videos the protestor did nothing wrong and was exercising his God-given right to protest.  It seems Officer Wesolowski did not like his message so he forcefully removed him from the crowd and I’ll let you determine if he went over the line.

Go to this link to see the videos –  http://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-TV/2012/06/01/Pro-Walker-Marine-Arrested-At-Dem-Rally#comments

I’ll also give each of you the chance to take it up with Officer Wesolowski.  This link gives you his e-mail address – http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:kxaVt9ElFQcJ:www.aspwi.org/officers.asp+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us&client=firefox-a

As the President of the ASP-WI I belive Officer Wesolowski should have used better judgement than to use force on a peaceful demonstrator that went against his views!

Thuggery at its greatest.

UPDATE : Here’s is an interview from FOXNEWS92.5 between former Marine Dave Willoughby (the arrested) and radio host Drew Steele.  This is a great listen that puts it in the light from Mr. Willoughby’s perspective –

Obama and the Military Relationship

Since the beginning of this country, the US Military has stood in support of this nation.  Taking an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States, we have stood proud in times of war and peace.  We have held in high honor such things as the American flag and the Star Spangled Banner.  We are proud to serve this nation and its people.  Therefore it is at this time I’d like to create a factual timeline to show certain events that will sway many of us come November 2012.

16 September 2007 – Candidate Obama stands for the playing of the Star Spangled Banner with his hands clasped in front of him.  The US Flag Code states – “During a rendition of the National Anthem when the flag is displayed all present except those in uniform should stand at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart”.

January 2009 – President Obama nominated Elana Kagan for the Supreme Court of the United States.  As the Harvard Law School Dean she tried to ban the military from campus.  Her nomination is seen as an anti-military justice.

7 April 2009 – The Department of Homeland Security releases a report called Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment in which they stated included a section titled – “(U) Disgruntled Military Veterans” in which they stressed that a large number of Military Veterans were joining white supremacist groups.  To quote – A prominent civil rights organization reported in 2006 that “large numbers of potentially violent neo-Nazis, skinheads, and other white supremacists are now learning the art of warfare in the [U.S.] armed forces.”  To refute this baseless claim: June 2011, former member of the Navy Abu Khalid Abdul Latif was charged in a plot to attack a Seattle based Military Entrance Processing Station.  28 July 2011, Army Private First Class Naser Jason Abdo was charged with plotting to attack Fort Hood.  Neither of these two matched the DHS profile.

1 Jun 2009 – Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad (aka Carlos Leon Bledsoe) – Opens fire on a Little Rock Army Recruiting Station Killing Private William Long and wounding Private Quinton Ezeagwula.  The White House does not issue a response until 4 Jun 2009.  The response is only two sentences long and does not go into any details of the shooting.  A Purple Heart has never been awarded due to the Government failing to recognize this as nothing more than a criminal offense.  A bill introduced in May 2012 is attempting to get these two Soldiers their Purple Hearts.

Starting in October 2009 and continuing throughout his tenure, President Obama has been revealing war strategy via public outlets.  This seems to be a reckless policy which has placed military men and women in greater danger.

5 November 2009 – Fort Hood, Texas is rocked when Army Major Nidal Malik Hasan opened fire killing 13 before being shot and detained.  One of the victims was pregnant.  Hasan is also charged with 32 counts of attempted murder.  The initial response from President Obama was not more than an afterthought, waiting to address the situation three minutes into the speech after a shout-out.  The speech was teleprompted and not from any heart.  I watched the speech live and was amazed and appalled.  On 10 November 2009, the President was criticized for a lack of emotion during the memorial and it failed to acknowledge that a radical Islamic carried out the attack.  The act has been dubbed a criminal offense.  7 December 2011 it was revealed that the White House classified the shooting as work place violence and not an act of terrorism.  The White House classification denies the victims any rights to their rightful Purple Hearts.

Between November and December 2009 his delayed decision on whether or not to send reinforcements to Afghanistan, 114 military members lost their lives.

15 March 2010 – During disaster relief effort in Haiti, the Obama administration did not allow Soldiers to fly the American flag at their headquarters in light of every other country flying theirs.  The reason was as quoted – “We are not here as an occupation force, but as an international partner committed to supporting the government of Haiti on the road to recovery.”

29 April 2010 – Army post, Fort Knox, Kentucky performs a mock emergency drill to react to an attack from a local Tea Party group.  This scenario was created from an intelligence security bulletin sent out on 23 April 2010 which identified threats as “Local Militia Groups/Anti-Government Protestors/TEA Party”.  To this day there has not been a single arrest of a Tea Party member at any Tea Party event throughout America.  The fact that they are running these scenarios with military personnel is disturbing.

22 December 2010 – President signs the DADT Repeal Act of 2010.  President made this into a huge political point even without taking opinions into mind from our fighting forces.  General public opinion did not and does not match with military fighting opinion.  Fast forward to 8 May 2012, North Carolina passes a state amendment defining marriage as only between and man and a woman.  On 9 May 2012, President Obama retaliated against the state of North Carolina by stating that he now supports gay marriage and once again politicized the military and revealed what he thought about the military by stating, “those soldiers or airmen or marines or sailors who are out there fighting on my behalf.”  Last I checked the members of the military are fighting against all enemies both foreign and domestic and are fighting for the United States of America and its citizens.  We fight to defend the Constitution of the United States of America and we do not fight for a single figurehead ruler.

2 May 2011 – News of the death of Osama Bin Laden circulate throughout the news organizations.  A photo op of Obama’s team watching events becomes a picture of heroic proportions within the circles of Liberalism.  The very strategy itself is revealed and Obama and his team take full credit for what happened.  On 6 August 2011, a similar mission was taking place and because the enemy knew the strategy, insurgents shot down and killed 30 members of SEAL Team 6.  On 11 August 2012, the bodies of the individuals were returned to Dover AFB with instructions to reporters that no photos were to be taken due to privacy for the families.  One photo was taken though.  It was of President Obama saluting over the coffins of the fallen.  The photo was soon circulated, not by the press who understood the rules, but by the White House who took advantage of the situation.  27 April 2012, in a campaign ad for television, the Obama campaign publicized the killing as the President’s decision and questioned whether Mitt Romney would make the same choice.  On 30 April 2012, several former and current Navy SEALs question the President saying it was not his call and he did not organize the raid.  They also stated that they were extremely disappointed and concerned about the publicizing of Navy SEAL Team 6 which was supposed to be highly classified.

11 July 2011 – Newly appointed Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said the following to a gathering in Camp Victory, Baghdad (this is where I was in 2006-07) The reason you guys are here is because on 9/11 the United States got attacked. And 3,000 Americans — 3,000 not just Americans, 3,000 human beings, innocent human beings — got killed because of al-Qaeda. And we’ve been fighting as a result of that.”  These are the same words which the Bush administration was using before we went into Iraq and the Obama administration said was not true.  Since this speech Panetta has retreated, the DoD removed references of the speech from its transcripts, and there has been a cone of silence around the incident.

3 February 2012 – The news is reported that the President’s NDAA will cut Hazardous Duty pay for those Soldiers serving in the most dangerous areas of the world.  The change would turn the benefit from a monthly to a daily benefit for those putting their lives on the line.  If the rules were in place when I went to Baghdad, I would have seen over $100 dollars less in my pocket.  They are trying to save money on the backs of the ones who are putting their lives on the line daily.

28 February 2012 – It is reported that the President’s NDAA would cut extremely into the health care benefits for all military members while leaving unionized civilian defense workers benefits alone.  This change is to the extreme, forcing all military and retirees to pay more for health care, get less in services, and Veterans will be hit with “means testing”.  The plan actually calls for a 30% to 78% increase in premiums in the first year.  After that the increase is from 94% to 345% within 5 years.  According to a congressional assessment, a retired Army colonel with a family currently paying $460 a year for health care will be paying $2,048 instead.  Also Active Duty Soldiers will now have an increase in pharmaceutical co-payments and will have no incentive to use generic drugs.  All these changes are supposed to be enacted after the vote.  Is this perfect timing not to try and upset us?  The only problem is that I’ve already seen the affects of this already in Active Duty people I know.  Tri-care Remote is already acting to make health care as hard as possible for those Service Members not near a military installation.  They have case workers making decisions for health care which does nothing for the people who are serving this nation with great honor and dignity.  It’s a disgrace to see the way our men and women in arms are abused by this political system.

14 March 2012 – The Headquarters for the Lake County Democratic Party in Florida fly an image of the American flag with Obama’s image on it.  Besides breaking the law with the US Flag Code they also broke Florida law.  Several Veteran groups rallied to remove the flag and it was soon gone.  All sales of said flag have ceased and the flag has not been seen again.

17 May 2012 – In light of the fact that GOP Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney has no military background, President Obama’s Campaign starts an effort to attract the vote from military families and Veterans.  Really?

28 May 2012 – For the first time in its history, the Vietnam Memorial was closed on Memorial Day for seven hours.  Veterans who served with and family members of those who died in Vietnam were denied access to the memorial so that the President could make a speech and take photos in front of the memorial.  One such picture showed Obama’s reflection on the memorial in almost a divine moment.  What was even more interesting, the speech was about courting the Veterans to vote for him (even if it wasn’t meant to be, it was a campaign speech at the expense of the fallen).  One thing he said has stuck – “As long as I’m president, we will make sure you and your loved ones will receive the benefits you’ve earned and the respect you deserve,” Obama said. “America will be there for you.”  More on this statement in a bit.

30 May 2012 – Radical Islamist Michael Dale McCright, pleads guilty to trying to run two Marine recruiters off the road in Seattle.  No comment as yet from the White House.

Now let’s get back to Obama’s Memorial Day quote.  He stated “you and your loved ones will receive the benefits you’ve earned”.  Let’s look into what he means by this.  Based on statistics kept by the Navy, 2011 was the smallest increase the military has seen in pay ever!  The overall pay increased a mere 1.4% which was down from 2010’s 3.4% increase.  2012 was the second lowest in history with a 1.6% increase.

Military spending has gone awry in the last few years and is expected to nose dive if Obama gets his way for next year.  From 2010 to 2011 military spending only increased by 1.7%.  From 2011 to 2012 it increased by 1.5%.  Between 2012 to 2013, Obama wants to cut the military by 2%.  This will cost thousands of military members and their families jobs and benefits as mentioned above.

I will let each of you make your own decision.  Mine has been made up for some time now.  My wife says I take this issue too personal, but then since I’ve invested so much of my life to it, why shouldn’t I be.  I have a passion for my brothers and sisters in arms and want to see the military have a focus and a direction and that direction is not going into extinction.  Hope and change has not worked and going “forward” will not work either.  It’s time we get involved and take the time to read and understand what is really going on.

UPDATE: 2012 marks the third year in a row where President Obama does not comemorate D-Day!  My dad is a WWII, Korea, and Vietnam Veteran.  I am a Iraq Veteran.  Veterans and the most important dates in history should not be forgotten.

UPDATE 2: June 2012, SecDef Panetta says that the military will honor the diversity of it’s gay troops.  Stop this social experiment already.  This does NOTHING for the good our the fighting force.  To honor people on lifestyle they CHOOSE is not right.  http://news.yahoo.com/pentagon-mark-gay-pride-month-081049426.html

UPDATE 3:  The social experiment continues as we are being forced to change our core values to accept the immoral behavior of others!  The DoD is forcing this down our throats.  http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/07/19/pentagon-lets-service-members-march-in-uniform-at-gay-pride-parade-for-first/?test=latestnews I will not change my beliefs nor my religion for the sake of accepting this behavior.  ROMANS 1:24-32 <-read it and see where I’m coming from.

UPDATE 4:  Due to the current forcing of PC down the our national security’s throats, the FBI c0ncludes PC is the main cause for the Ft Hood shooting?  How about we were attacked by a radical Islamic declaring Jihad?  Is it too non-PC to admit that?  http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/07/19/fort-hood-report-recommends-many-changes-for-fbi-no-disciplinary-action/?test=latestnews

UPDATE 5:  Admiral McRaven acts as mouth puppet for the administration (not hard to get those Navy Admirals to back the social experiments and become yes men) but he is right, the national security leaks (coming from the White House itself) will kill Americans!  http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/07/26/recent-national-security-leaks-are-putting-us-lives-at-risk-head-special/#ixzz21i1rJCi5

UPDATE 6:  DoJ holds secret talks with ACLU to desecrate a Korean War memorial in Cali.  The courts have already abused their power in manipulating what is in the tribute, but to have the DoJ in bed with the ACLU is just more against Veterans.  http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/07/25/supporters-vow-to-keep-cross-in-california-veterans-tribute-despite-court/

UPDATE 7:  The Obama Administration is now proposing a cut in pay for all Reservists and Retirees.  For more information – http://waronterrornews.typepad.com/home/2012/07/obama-asks-congress-to-let-him-cut-guardreserve-pay-in-half.html

UPDATE 8:  First there’s Banghazi.  The senseless killing of our embassador and Navy Seals.  One thing that I have taken out of this is that there was full situational awareness on the ground.  Infact the WH, Pentagon, and CIA watched our Americans get killed in real live stream.  Sacrifice?

Also the day before election day marks the anniversary of the senseless terrorist attack at Ft Hood.  I am calling it for what it is and will not forget the heros who died in service of their country.  The WH and DA have ignored this date.  Guess a re-election is more important than fallen Americans?

Continuing the connection: The Tides, JTMP, and the Threshold

As many of us have recently read the history behind one Brett Kimberlin, I will do just a short recap.  Very short.  He was found guilty of setting off bombs at an Indiana racetrack.  While in prison he learned law and became a jailhouse lawyer.  He has filed 100+ lawsuites against people.  He has been embraced by the extreme left leaning aspect of American society.  He started a non-profit group called Justice Through Music Project and has recieved donations from people like Barbra Steisand and Teresa Heinz Kerry (wife of Democratic Senator John Kerry).  The non-profit has also recieved donations from the extremely left leaning Tides Foundation which has ties to Drummond Pike and George Soros (if you do not know who these two are, please do the research).

Do to recent events between Kimberlin and Conservative Blogger Robert Stacy McClain, today was dubbed Everybody Blog Brett Kimberlin Day.  Here’s the post that set it off http://theothermccain.com/2012/05/17/convicted-terrorist-brett-kimberlin-received-70000-from-tides-foundation-10000-from-streisand-20000-from-kerrys-wife/  You can read all the updates from there.  So I did a little look to see what more we can see.

The Tides Foundation’s donations alone were not the only ties they had to JTMP.  Since 2006 the Threshold Foundation out of San Fransisco gave JTMP $54,090.  This is important because the Threshold Foundation is a breeding ground for future members of the board at the Tides Foundation and has a very close relationship to theTides Foundation.  Here are the bios of two members of the Tides Foundation Board of Directors –

Joanie Bronfman
Joanie Bronfman is a long-time advocate for social justice and donor activism. She is the Associate Dean of the Family Office Exchange Learning Center and works as a consultant and speaker on issues of wealth. Over the years, Joanie has served on the boards of Tides Canada and the Threshold Foundation; where she helped found Threshold’s Social Justice Committee.

Joel Solomon
Joel Solomon is President of Renewal Partners seed capital firm and the Endswell Foundation, both focused on a conservation economy in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a founding Board member of Tides Canada, former President of the Threshold Foundation, and a founding member of the Social Venture Network.

Also Drummond Pike, founder of the Tides Foundation was the Director of the Threshold Foundation at one point.  As posted in undueinfluence.com  http://www.undueinfluence.com/ThresholdFoundation.htm –

So, in 1984 Tides Foundation and Drummond Pike took over the management problems of Threshold Foundation and incorporated it in 1986, setting it on a more businesslike path, but retaining its ultra-liberal view that saw American society as rife with injustice and in need of radical transformation.

Now this is pretty interesting.  Let’s take 2008 alone.  Threshold Foundation gave JTMP $20,000.  Tides gave JTMP $10,000.  Threshold gave Tides $73,642.  Tides gave Threshold $205,307!  And these groups are pushing the Occupy movement to fight the 1%?  With all that money passed around one must ask the question who are the 1%?

Another thing that jumps out is a group called Velvet Revolution.  Mr. Kimberlin doesn’t hide his relationship with VR.  His business partner at JTMP is Jeff Cowen (see JTMP tax return from 2008 – http://dynamodata.fdncenter.org/990_pdf_archive/270/270051467/270051467_200812_990EZ.pdf).  Jeff Cowen is also the Executive Director of VR  (see VR tax return from 2008 – http://dynamodata.fdncenter.org/990_pdf_archive/201/201935517/201935517_200812_990EO.pdf).  Check out this video put out by JTMP which was put out as a result of Ohio voting for G.W. in 2004.  (As a member of the military I am disgusted by this video and find it highly offensive to the memories of those who have fallen!)  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSdvsJKzmN0.  The end credits of the video clearly direct you to velvetrevolution.us.  VR has recieved a whopping $238,984 from the Threshold Foundation since 2004.  In 2008 alone Threshold gave VR $35,000.

I’m not here to express anything else but what I’ve found.  I will let others dig a bit deeper.  There are tons of great informational articles today about Mr. Kimberlin, so I ask that you do your own research.
